Hi, I’m Jo! I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2020, and I love two things most about my work: sharing how Jesus has worked in my life, and seeing clients leave feeling confident and refreshed. For me, your appointment is more than a haircut or color—it’s a space to relax, be yourself, share what’s on your heart, or even pause for a little prayer when life feels heavy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens — I totally get it! To make sure I can accommodate everyone, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the service total. No-shows (no notice given) will also be charged a 75% fee. I truly appreciate your understanding — last-minute changes and no-shows affect other clients who could have booked that time. If your plans change, just reach out as soon as possible so we can reschedule and avoid any fees.
