Hi, my name is Johanna (Jo) for short. I've been a licensed Cosmetologist since August 2020. My favorite thing about my career is sharing about Jesus & what he's done in my life with anyone in my chair. My second favorite thing is the confidence people leave with after being here. My career isn't just a dollar sign to me. It intimate, deep, & personal appointment where people have the ability to be themselves. To express & say things they can't to others, unwind when your mind is running, & a time for prayer when their seems to be no hope.
CANCELLATION POLICY
◇ To ensure I can accommodate as many clients as possible, I ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. ◇ If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged 75% of the total cost of your service. If you miss an appointment without any prior notice, you’ll be charged a no-show fee of 75%. ◇ I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts other clients & their appointments. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the 75% amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
